Lastly, we provide a project management service as an integral part of the build.  This not only removes stress and uncertainty from the project but it also helps save our clients time and money.

WHY IS THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT ELEMENT IMPORTANT?

DO YOU WORK WITH ARCHITECTS?

Yes, very much so.  We are sensitive and alive to the demands of design and getting things 'just right'.  In fact some of our best projects are with architects where we develop a close working relationship to bring yours and their vision to life. 

 

IS EVERY PROJECT THE SAME?

No, every family lives differently so every project is different too.  In addition there is a new drive for environmental sustainability and the use of technology.  Whilst a house might look old on the outside, inside it needs to work for the 21st Century and beyond. So future-proofing a project is very much a part of what we do.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE TYPE OF WORK?

For me building is about opportunities and outcomes.  Old buildings present the opportunity to breathe new life into great architecture, securing it for the future.  On the other hand, new buildings can present the opportunity to work with cutting edge design and materials, with a very low carbon footprint.  Both are exciting.

 

WHERE DO YOU WORK?

As a team we are based in London and the surrounding counties.  However, larger projects can take us across the UK and at times even further afield.

Living in a house that really works for you is life-changing.  It’s truly wonderful to be part of that.
