FEELING MOODY

Where you are not using the services of an interior designer it can be useful to create a series of mood boards to help pull together your various ideas.  This can be a combination of images together with paint swatches and fabric samples.  Not only does this give one the chance to experiment with different styles before the work starts, but it also ensures that all those involved on the project are pulling together to create the same look and feel. From a financial perspective, it allows us as your building contractor to provide the most accurate pricing at the start.

In the above example, Kit created these boards for the transformation of a Sussex farmhouse, built in stages from the 18th to the 20th centuries, into a beautiful light and character-filled family home. The project will see both the interior and exterior re-modelled in a single style that harks back to its 18th century origins.
