For most people, buying a house is the single largest investment they are likely to make. Not only in financial terms but also in the years of one’s life that are spent there. And yet in a This Money survey it was found that on average home hunters spend less than 30 minutes inside before they decide to buy.  With our busy lives it’s hardly surprising, but this presents a major problem:  it simply doesn’t give you enough time to reflect on how the house can really work for you.

To help you in your decision making we offer a service called ‘Try Before You Buy’.  We meet to discuss how you live and the requirements you have of the house.  Wherever possible I will visit the house at the same time. Plans in hand, I will then draw up a series of different layouts, together with outline design solutions if required, helping you better understand the real potential of the space before you make that investment.
